Exciting Things Are Baking at Bite Me Goodies!
Hello, Bite Me Goodies family!
It's been an exciting time at the bakery, and I can't wait to share some news that’s been in the works for a while. Over the past few weeks, I've been pouring my heart into developing something new for our menu—bagels! Yes, you read that right. Soon, you'll be able to enjoy freshly handmade bagels alongside our beloved cake donuts and bites.
This journey into bagel-making has been a labor of love and nostalgia. Every morning, as I knead the dough and shape each bagel, I find myself thinking of my late sister, Jessie. She was the one who sparked my love for bagels. Back when I was a freshman, Jessie would make them for me every day before school. Those mornings are some of my fondest memories, and as I’ve been developing our bagels, I’ve felt her presence with me.
I'm thrilled to honor her memory with our first bagel release, aptly named "The Jessie." It’s more than just a bagel; it’s a tribute to the love and inspiration she brought into my life. As I’ve been working on perfecting these recipes, I've poured so much thought into making each bite as special as those mornings we shared.
While I’m not quite ready to share the exact launch date, I promise it’s coming soon. I can’t wait for you all to try them and share in the joy that inspired this new addition to Bite Me Goodies.
